About SEMERENKO GROUP

Semerenko Group is a real estate technology platform built around English-speaking demand for Israel.

Founded in August 2024, the company helps English speakers in Israel and abroad understand, compare, and act on Israeli real estate across buying, renting, selling, investing, relocation, and project discovery.

Israeli real estate is difficult to navigate in English. The information is spread across Hebrew portals, government systems, maps, municipal sources, listings, developer materials, agent networks, WhatsApp groups, Facebook groups, and private conversations. For a serious buyer, renter, seller, investor, oleh, foreign owner, or diaspora family, that creates friction at every stage.

Semerenko Group brings those pieces into one operating layer: data, content, AI tools, client intake, CRM workflows, developer marketing, professional routing, and human execution when a licensed or specialized professional is needed.

Market and demand

The English-speaking real estate market for Israel is large, emotional, practical, and growing.

Every year, thousands of English-speaking olim move to Israel. In 2025, more than 4,100 North Americans made aliyah, the highest level in four years, and total aliyah to Israel reached about 22,000 people from 105 countries. France and the United Kingdom also showed major growth, while global aliyah centers handled significant interest from people exploring the move.

This demand is not only immigration. It includes English-speaking residents already living in Israel, families planning aliyah, diaspora buyers, foreign owners, investors, parents buying for children, retirees, renters testing a city before buying, sellers trying to reach overseas buyers, and Jews abroad who want a foothold in Israel.

A growing part of the international conversation is driven by identity, security, and long-term planning. Rising antisemitism abroad, the emotional pull of Israel as the Jewish homeland, and the desire for a real place in Israel have made property ownership, renting, and relocation more practical questions for many diaspora families. For some, Israel is the next move. For others, it is a second home, a future aliyah base, an investment, or a family contingency plan.

That creates a long demand cycle. A person may search today, rent next year, buy later, invest after that, and eventually need lawyers, mortgage brokers, property managers, agents, developers, inspectors, and service providers. Semerenko Group is built for that full journey.

Israel itself is both a purchase and rental market. Roughly 70% of Israeli housing units are owner-occupied and close to 30% are rented, with many younger households and new arrivals renting before they buy. That makes the English-speaking journey larger than one transaction.

Platform traction

As of June 2026, Semerenko Group already operates as a live organic demand platform.

The company has generated 300+ qualified real estate leads and regularly receives 5 to 10 inbound inquiries on a typical day. Those inquiries include buyers, renters, sellers, investors, foreign owners, developers, and service-provider conversations. Not every inquiry is qualified. The platform receives raw demand first, then screens for seriousness, budget, timing, location, and next step.

This demand has been built primarily through organic visibility. Paid advertising has not yet become the growth engine of the site.

That matters. The platform is already attracting people through search, English real estate content, city pages, neighborhood pages, service pages, AI discovery, WhatsApp, phone, email, forms, direct referrals, and CRM follow-up before paid acquisition is layered on top.

The site is supported by 3,000+ SEO-driven real estate pages covering Israeli cities, neighborhoods, rentals, sales, investment topics, relocation questions, service categories, and project-related content. The page count is not the moat by itself. The moat is that organic search demand is feeding first-party intent data, CRM memory, partner feedback, and professional routing.

Data and AI infrastructure

At the center of Semerenko Group is a growing real estate data layer built around English-speaking demand for Israel.

The raw inputs include GovMap-based information, public and government data where available, city and neighborhood research, project information, listings, private sourced market knowledge, professional conversations, CRM activity, search behavior, WhatsApp and phone intake, and partner feedback.

The proprietary value is created by connecting those inputs to real English-speaking intent.

A public map can show where something is. A listing can show what is being advertised. A government source can show one official layer of information. But none of those sources alone explain what an English-speaking buyer, renter, investor, oleh, foreign owner, or diaspora family needs to understand before making a real decision.

Semerenko Group connects the data to the demand.

That means cities, neighborhoods, projects, service categories, buyer questions, rental needs, investment interest, relocation concerns, price expectations, professional handoffs, and the actual patterns coming through search, CRM, WhatsApp, phone calls, and partner feedback.

SemerenkoAi is being developed as the user-facing AI layer of the platform, helping English speakers ask better questions, understand locations, compare options, and identify the right next step.

The company also maintains AI-readable infrastructure, including MCP, WebMCP, llms files, and structured public resources, so its real estate knowledge can be read and understood more clearly by modern search and AI systems.

What the system does

The platform turns early interest into a clearer path.

A user may begin with a question about Beit Shemesh, Jerusalem, Ra’anana, Netanya, Tel Aviv, Herzliya, Modiin, Ashdod, Haifa, Kiryat Gat, Tiberias, Beersheva, or another Israeli market. They may be comparing rent versus buy, aliyah timing, investment logic, project risk, mortgage questions, legal steps, property management, or selling from abroad.

Semerenko Group helps structure that intent.

When the person is ready to move forward, the system helps route the demand toward the right professional: a licensed agent, brokerage, developer, lawyer, mortgage broker, property manager, inspector, relocation professional, or another qualified service provider.

Technology organizes the demand. Data sharpens the context. Human professionals execute where human professionals are required.

Developers and professional network

Semerenko Group also helps Israeli developers, agents, brokerages, and service providers reach English-speaking demand they are often not built to reach on their own.

Many Israeli developers have strong projects but weak access to English-speaking buyers, olim, diaspora families, and foreign investors. Standard Israeli marketing often does not explain a project in the way this audience needs.

Semerenko Group helps package and distribute that information through English content, search visibility, AI-readable project information, landing pages, buyer education, lead qualification, and professional follow-up.

The goal is qualified attention from the right audience, not generic exposure.
