What I am building

We combine property information, official market data and tools with representation, negotiation, mortgage and legal coordination, and property management. We work with owners, brokers, brokerages and developers across Israel.

We check property information, availability and permission with the relevant owner or professional. Each page states what is known; historical listings and unconfirmed details are not presented as verified current availability.

My goal is to make Semerenko Group the leading demand and transaction platform for English speakers in Israel.

Brokerage services are provided under the professional supervision of licensed Israeli real estate broker Pinhas Menachem Reiss, license no. 324150. Independent lawyers and mortgage professionals advise on their own areas of work.
