Aliyah relocation, home first

If you are moving to Israel, we start with the home. We search the public listings, check them, and handle the Hebrew side of the lease or the purchase.

Rental fee, under a signed written agreement: one month’s rent + VAT (currently 18%), only if you rent a place we found.

Buyer fee, under a signed written agreement: 2% + VAT, only if you buy. We have not closed a sale yet.

Optional relocation checklist: ₪1,500 + VAT, due only if you sign a lease or a purchase we handled. It is a written shortlist from public sources: schools or an ulpan, the arnona registration steps, a bank-appointment checklist, and utility setup. We have not collected this checklist fee yet.

Upfront packages we offered in the past were not bought, so this checklist is due only when a lease or a purchase is signed.
