Book guests for your holiday home

If you have a furnished place in Israel for short stays, we introduce English-speaking guests and handle the Hebrew side.

Fee, under a signed written agreement: 10% of the stay + VAT (currently 18%), only for a stay we book.

Usually the guest pays it. If you want the guest to see no broker fee, you pay the same 10% + VAT. We never charge both.

This is a booking fee for stays we arrange. It is not a monthly management retainer. The older 15% line is not our price.

Our paid short stays are a real part of the business. We have not closed a sale.
