Booking terms

The plain rules of a ride booked through this page.

1. Who does what. Semerenko Group arranges the booking. The ride is provided by Nesia Tova (Eli Shapiro, Beit Shemesh).
2. When a ride is booked. Sending the form is a request, not a booking. The ride is booked only after we send you the price and you say yes.
3. Price. The price we send you is the price of the ride as described: route, date, time, passengers, luggage, vehicle and stops. If you change any of these, we tell you the new price before the change.
4. Payment. We tell you how to pay when we confirm the booking. Nothing is paid on this website.
5. Changes and cancelling. Tell us as early as you can. Any cancellation charge is stated in the confirmation, before you book.
6. Driver and vehicle requests. An English-speaking or Haredi driver, the Sprinter, a premium car and child seats are confirmed in writing with the price. If we cannot confirm one, we tell you before you book.
7. Shabbat and Yom Tov. No rides on Shabbat or Yom Tov.
8. Your details. We use your details to arrange the ride, as in our Privacy Policy. The driver gets only what is needed for the ride.
