How booking works
Booking takes three steps and you never pay on the website.
- Tell us the ride. Where from, where to, when, how many people and suitcases, and the driver you prefer.
- Get the price. We check it with the driver and send you the price and the pickup details.
- Say yes. Only then is the ride booked. The driver meets you at the agreed time and place.
What we need from you
- Pickup and drop-off, with the street if you know it.
- Date and time. For an airport pickup, the flight number and the landing time.
- Number of passengers and suitcases.
- The vehicle and the driver you prefer, and the ages of any children who need a seat.
Changes
Tell us as early as you can by replying to our message. If a change affects the price, we tell you before anything changes.
Book your ride
You get the price first. Nothing is booked until you say yes.
