Pesach 2027 in Israel starts at sundown on Wednesday, 21 April 2027 and ends at nightfall on Wednesday, 28 April 2027: seven days, 15 to 21 Nisan 5787. Many visitors from abroad keep an eighth day, which ends on Thursday, 29 April 2027. Dates: Hebcal and Amhazak.

Visitors from abroad also keep a second Seder on the evening of Thursday, 22 April, and treat Friday, 23 April as yom tov. Guests who keep the eighth day will often want the nights through 29 April. Guests usually arrive before Erev Pesach, because Seder night and the first day are yom tov, so check-in on those days is hard.
What Pesach guests will ask you
Have clear written answers ready before you list. These are the questions English-speaking families ask most:
- Kitchen. Is the kitchen kashered for Pesach, who did it, and are there separate Pesach dishes and utensils? If the kitchen is kosher all year but not ready for Pesach, say so plainly.
- Beds. How many real beds, not sofas? Are sheets and towels included? Is there a cot or high chair?
- Shabbat and yom tov access. Stairs or elevator, a Shabbat elevator if there is one, and whether the door uses a key or a code.
- Safe room. Is there a mamad in the flat or a shelter nearby?
- Parking and walking distance. Parking spot, and how far the synagogue, shops and family are on foot.
- What the price includes. Electricity, water, gas, cleaning, the deposit, and when the deposit comes back.
- Cancellation. Your cancellation terms, in writing.

We introduce English-speaking guests to your home and handle the Hebrew side. The fee, under a signed written agreement, is 10% of a stay we book, plus VAT (currently 18%).
